Rehearsal Notes:
-Today we worked on the following songs....
1. Betelehemu- We worked through pages 3-7, specifically focusing on being able to put all parts together. We briefly went over pronounciation of the Nigerian words but they're said pretty much exactly how they look.
2. Glow- So this one was a little rough.. we decided it's probably the fact that it's in the Key of B, but we're getting there!! We looked at pages 2-5. Make sure you are counting because our entrances were a little rocky.
3. Nutcracker Jingles- We sang pages 3- the top of 10. Not much time was spent on this one because it's really easy so we picked it up pretty quick. Just a reminder, if any of the ladies ever get lost, just remember a lot of times the sopranos & altos are singing ether in 3rds of 5ths!
4. The First Nowell- sang through the whole thing and it was pretty good!!
5. Angles We Have Heard On High- learned notes for pages 3-5 keep strong consonants, this song will sound super cool if it's really clean!
