Concert Choir Tuesday, 9/20/16

Rehearsal Notes and Assignments:
My Bonnie Lass- Pages 2-3 measures 1-13
     Remember for the first 3 measures it goes Soprano 1, Soprano 2, Tenor, Alto, Bass
     Don't chew "guileth"
     If you have to hold a note, crescendo through it
     Work on timing during Falalas because it's sort of tricky (especially Soprano 1 page 3)
Danny Boy- Pages 2-3 measures 1-16
     Tall vowels
     Alto's split into Alto 1 and Alto 2 (if you were absent ask Ms. McGrath)
     Do not resolve measure 12
     Soprano 1's don't sing "here" in measure 13 on your high G, sing 'ah'
     Make sure you pay attention on where to breathe and where not to breathe
     Work on pitches!
We also did the Ta Di Ta Takadimi thing and bum bums :)

Announcements:
The mattress sale is THIS SATURDAY! Ask everyone you know if they need a mattress then if they do, tell them to come to our Mattress Sale on Saturday from 10-5 pm.

Butterbraid orders and money are due TODAY! After Announcements make sure you have all your order forms and money together and in your lap. 

The Chorus Room and arts hallway are Closed at Lunch Tomorrow Wednesday

Honors Chorus Rehearsal is Thursday and Friday this week.
Honors Chorus  Students - Does anyone have their field trip form to turn in? 

MEN - your field trip forms for Male Choral Invitational are due THURSDAY!

Don’t forget - There is an optional Musical Workshop Oct 13th A Lunch.  It might run into B lunch also.

We also got T-shirt forms today so if you were absent, be sure to pick one up from Mrs. Patchett!
