Honors chorus students - Meet in Mrs. Patchett’s office at the end of the school day to see if the Honors Chorus results are in.

Don’t forget the Musical Audition workshop is Oct 13th A & B LUnch in the auditorium

Butterbraid Delivery is a week from Wednesday Oct 12th - You will pick up your butterbraid order at 2:18 before you leave.  Make sure you know how many butterbraids you sold, and if you sold more than 12, you have another way to get home other than the bus, or you have a friend on your bus come help you pick up your butterbraids.  If you ride the bus and you sold Butterbraids, Mrs. Patchett will write you a pass to get out of 4th period 5 minutes early so you can come pick up your butterbraids and not miss your bus.  If you sold A LOT of butterbraids, it would be best to have your parent come help you pick up your order.  REMEMBER you have 2 hours from the time you pick them up from school to get them into a freezer. You can put them in your freezer or in the people you sold to’s freezer, but they need to be a freezer.  If I were you, I would plan on delivery all my butterbraids right after school Wednesday.

Rehearsal:

We watched our share day performance and comment on the following:
1.) Performance as a whole
2.) Professionalism portrayed
3.) Group facial expressions
4.) Your individual body/facial expression
5.) How did your facial expressions affect the performance as a whole (audience perception)

Animal Crackers
- "The Canary" changing measures 19-23 to double time (matching the rest of the piece)
-fixed the rhythm in measures 22 and 23
-"The Eel" ran the piece, focusing on our facial expression

NEW PIECE (Elohai N'tzor)
-Learned rhythm for measures 1 through 7

Sight Reading:

Homework:
-Pages 1 through 3 pitch and rhythm due tomorrow (know your part)
-Awake the Harp, the whole thing is due tomorrow
