11 Rehearsal Days until the the Winter Concert!!!
Make sure you have the dress rehearsal and Concert times and dates in your calendar. It is a test grade for you to attend both in full. Dress Rehearsal is Dec. 1, 2:30-5:30 & Concerts are at 4:30 & 7:30. Call time to school on Dec. 2nd is 3:20pm. You must come dressed and ready to go. The Boosters will feed you dinner between concerts.
Our Goal is have all music we have learned Memorized by TOMORROW. This will require practicing at home on your own.
Please check the board for All Choir Lunch Rehearsal Dates - Your attendance to these rehearsals will affect your daily grade in class. If you have another required tutorial at the same time, have your teacher write me a note or an email and Mrs. Patchett will excuse you, otherwise you are required to be at the rehearsal. It is a required tutorial.
Tickets are available for the concert-. Order online and pay by cash or check to the chorus program and turn money into the grey box. Orders and money need to be in by Nov. 22. The link is going to be sent out via remind this afternoon and it is also on the website.

Proofs of your Composite Pictures are here. Write your name on the top of your envelope. You are to take them home and get them signed by your parents. If you want to purchase the pictures, you can, but you must turn in the money and order by THIS Friday Nov 18. All proofs need to be returned to Mrs. Patchett by Friday Nov. 18 signed by your parents and either with money to purchase or not. Purchasing is optional.
PVC Pipe Telephone Rotations are complete.
You may not pass off the phone to someone else. You must use it the whole class. If you are audiating, you must have your phone to your ear.
Beginning Women - You need to prepare Cold and Fugue notes and rhythms m. 36-43 by tomorrow
CV & CONCERT - You need to know Cold and Fugue m. 44-end by tomorrow.
CV - If you were absent yesterday, please take home the memo and field trip regarding the December performances.

The We Wish You a Merry Christmas/Ding a Ding a Ding standing chart was passed around today to check for inaccuracies/errors.

Men and women split for Oh Come Oh Come Emmanuel and Cold and Fugue Season.
-women worked on the pickup to measure 27 through 43
-know the whole piece by tomorrow!

-tenors worked on page 4, measures 21 through 40, working on having a solid entrance in measure 24
-open space on the "is" of Israel in measure 23
-count like crazy at the echo in measure 33 to 40
-basses worth on the entrance in measure 25 and through 33
-worked on the multiple entrances in measures 48 through 49
-ran the whole piece, staccato
-fixed the soprano entrance in measure 65
-worked on the ending of the piece in measure 64-72
Hallelujah
-taller vowels and pronunciation overall
-ran without sheet music

-everyone worked on measure 45 through 53
-ran the whole piece through (guys it sounds nice I'm hype)
